What Find Peace in the Process Actually Is
Find Peace in the Process is a live, three-day CRNA bootcamp for aspiring CRNAs and RNs preparing to apply. It focuses on the mindset, nervous-system regulation, and structured planning that most CRNA prep programs skip — so applicants show up to interviews and clinicals with capacity, not just information.
Why the CRNA Bootcamp Uses a Waitlist
The bootcamp runs as a small cohort a few times per year so Amanda Kay can be present for every session and every Q&A. When enrollment is not open, the waitlist is the mechanism for keeping seat count small and giving prior interest holders first access before public announcement.
How the CRNA Bootcamp Waitlist Works
Joining the waitlist adds you to a private notification list. When the next cohort opens, waitlist members receive the dates, the price, and the enrollment link 24 to 72 hours before any public post on Instagram, YouTube, or the podcast. There is no cost to join, and unsubscribing takes one click.
What is the CRNA bootcamp waitlist?
The CRNA bootcamp waitlist is the private notification list for the next Find Peace in the Process bootcamp — a live 3-day CRNA mindset bootcamp created and led by Amanda Kay, MSN, CRNA. Joining is free and puts you first in line when the next cohort opens.
Who runs the CRNA bootcamp?
The bootcamp is created and led by Amanda Kay, MSN, CRNA — a practicing certified registered nurse anesthetist and coach who founded The Mindful CRNA in 2020. Every session is taught live by Amanda herself.
What is Find Peace in the Process?
Find Peace in the Process is Amanda Kay's live 3-day CRNA bootcamp for aspiring CRNAs and Nurse Anesthesia Residents. The bootcamp focuses on mindset, nervous-system regulation, and structured planning — capacity, not just information.
Is the CRNA bootcamp live or recorded?
The bootcamp is a live 3-day training. Amanda teaches every session in real time and answers questions on air. Recordings are typically made available to registered participants for a limited window after the cohort ends.
How long is the CRNA bootcamp?
Find Peace in the Process runs three consecutive days. Each session includes live teaching, live Q&A, and time to complete the workbook alongside Amanda.
When is the next CRNA bootcamp?
The next cohort is planned for the last week of October 2026. Exact dates are shared with waitlist members before they are publicly announced.
Is there a cost to join the waitlist?
No. Joining the CRNA bootcamp waitlist is free. There is no obligation to purchase when the next cohort opens.
Will waitlist members get early enrollment?
Yes. Waitlist members receive the enrollment link, dates, and price 24 to 72 hours before the bootcamp is publicly announced. Cohorts have capped attendance, so early access matters.
Is there a discount for waitlist members?
Waitlist members receive access to the lowest published price for the upcoming cohort. Amanda does not run separate public discount codes above the waitlist price.
What does the CRNA bootcamp cost?
Bootcamp pricing is set fresh for each cohort based on the format and length. Historical pricing has ranged from $5 for entry-level cohorts up to a few hundred dollars for extended experiences. Waitlist members see the exact price first.
Where is the CRNA bootcamp held?
The bootcamp is fully online. Sessions run over live video so participants can attend from anywhere in the United States (or internationally, where scheduling allows).
Do I need to be an ICU nurse to attend the bootcamp?
No. The bootcamp is designed primarily for RNs preparing to apply to CRNA school — including RNs still working toward the required ICU experience. Current SRNAs and NARs are welcome as well.
Can NARs and current SRNAs attend the CRNA bootcamp?
Yes. Current Nurse Anesthesia Residents (NARs) and student registered nurse anesthetists (SRNAs) are welcome. Some content is prep-focused, but the mindset and nervous-system work applies to every stage.
What happens after I join the waitlist?
You will receive a confirmation email, occasional updates about upcoming programs from Amanda, and — most importantly — an early notification with dates, price, and the enrollment link before the next cohort is made public.
Can I unsubscribe from the waitlist?
Yes. Every email from The Mindful CRNA includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Waitlist status is opt-in and reversible at any time.
Is a waitlist spot the same as a reserved seat?
No. Joining the waitlist reserves your notification, not your seat. Waitlist members get earliest access to enrollment, but they still complete the same enrollment step once doors open.
Do I need prior CRNA prep to join the bootcamp?
No prior prep is required. The bootcamp is structured to meet aspiring CRNAs where they are — from RNs still gathering ICU experience to applicants finalizing personal statements.
How is Find Peace in the Process different from other CRNA prep programs?
Most CRNA prep programs focus on tactics: GPA, GRE, essay templates, interview questions. This bootcamp adds the layer most programs skip — mindset, self-regulation, and how to make prep sustainable. It complements, rather than replaces, content-heavy programs.
Will Amanda Kay be present for every session?
Yes. Amanda teaches every session live and answers questions on air. The bootcamp is not run by staff, guest hosts, or AI-generated content.
What are Amanda Kay's credentials?
Amanda Kay holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). She has been practicing as a CRNA since 2017 and coaching aspiring CRNAs and Nurse Anesthesia Residents since 2020 through The Mindful CRNA.
Is The Mindful CRNA affiliated with a specific CRNA school or governing body?
No. The Mindful CRNA is an independent coaching practice founded by Amanda Kay, MSN, CRNA. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or produced by any nurse anesthesia program, the AANA, the NBCRNA, or the COA.
Can I contact Amanda before joining the waitlist?
Yes. Amanda offers a free 15-minute consult through the contact page for anyone who wants to talk through fit before making any commitment — including whether to join the waitlist or wait for a different program.
